First purchase from justmylook
I’d never heard of Justmylook before, so was a bit apprehensive about ordering from the site. But I gave it a go as I found the day cream I’d been looking for at a great price! I had no problems with my purchase and the item arrived fairly quick. I would happily buy from this site again!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Purchased & was charged for 2 items. Only 1 arrived. Contacted online help who told me to email somewhere else. 48 hours later credit appeared for missing item. I feel that if I hadn't complained credit would not have arrived. No other
proper response.

Would definitely recommend!
A nice and easy website to use. They had a promotion on the item that I purchased, no delivery fee over £10 which is good! and fast delivery :) When delivered my order was very well packaged as well.

Avoid!!
Avoid!!! My order didn’t arrive £80 worth they’ve took my money and ignore emails and don’t answer the phone lines. I have no idea how to get my money back I’m so upset.
Went to social media to try get hold of them and read a few comments about them sending fake olaplex
